 This initial meeting occurs at the project site and gives us an opportunity to listen to our clients' vision for their landscape. We see the site and review high-level design ideas and possibilities that help guide the initial direction of the design.

 We then dig into the project by performing a site analysis, with this data we can begin drafting a conceptual plan.

As the design takes shape, we develop the project investment summary and then meet with the client to present the initial concept. 

 After refining the conceptual design based on client feedback, we finalize the project scope, materials, and planting plan. We then present the final plan and investment summary to the client. Upon approval, the project transitions to the construction phase. 

We start by reviewing project details with the client and setting a start date. This is followed by an on-site meeting with the client, designer, operations manager, and project foreman. Throughout construction, the foreman and operations manager oversee progress, while the designer ensures the project aligns with the original vision and collaborates with the client to refine design ideas as the project evolves. 

 As the project nears completion, we conduct a site walkthrough with the client to address any final details. Once finished, our service team provides aftercare, performs a warranty walkthrough, and plans any necessary follow-up work for the next growing season.
